The importance of radiography in assessing the behaviour of an aggressive giant cell lesion of the jaws

A case of an aggressive giant cell lesion is reported. In view of the problems associated with histopathological diagnosis, long-term clinical and radiographic follow-up of any giant cell lesion is mandatory.
