DMFR Online SUBSCRIBER HELP & SERVICES:
Frequently Asked Questions
about IADMFR Member Subscriptions

  1. Will I receive a password? May I share my password with friends, or is use limited solely to me?

When you complete the subscription process, you will be asked to choose a user name and a password. You are the only person licensed to use this password.

  2. What if I forget my password?

We have instructions for what to do if you forget your user name or your password. Details will be included as part of the subscription process.

  3. Why should I get a Member subscription to DMFR Online?

    Member Subscribers have access to:
Tables of contents, abstracts, full text searching, full text display, PDFs, links to Medline, interjournal links to other HighWire Press journals, and the advantage of having password access to DMFR Online from any computer connected to the Internet.
    [Ordering Procedure] [Cost] [IADMFR Membership]

IADMFR Member subscribers also receive free access to BJR Online and Imaging Online.

Without a subscription you have access to Tables of contents and abstracts at no cost and without having to register.

  4. How can I tell whether my institution has subscribed to DMFR Online?

If your institution has a print subscription, it will be eligible to have access to DMFR Online as well. You will automatically have access to the tables of contents, abstracts, full text searching, full text display, PDFs, Medline, and future tables of contents. You'll also see a button at the top of the page confirming that you are signed in as part of an institution.

If your institution does not have a print subscription to DMFR, it cannot have access to DMFR Online.

  5. Who is eligible for a Member subscription?

IADMFR Members are eligible for Member Subscriptions to DMFR, providing them with the print and electronic version of the journal. They also receive access to the electronic versions of BJR and Imaging.

  6. How can I access DMFR Online if I am not an IADMFR Member and I don't have access through an institutional subscription?

You may wish to apply for IADMFR membership.

You may also take out an Individual Subscription.

Without a subscription, you have access to Tables of contents and abstracts at no cost and without having to register.

  7. How do I become a Member of the IADMFR?

Information about IADMFR Membership and application forms are available from the IADMFR.
