ORDERING PROCEDURE

Once the IADMFR has received payment, you will begin receiving the print version of the journal. When you receive the first issue of your print subscription you will be able to ACTIVATE your online subscription. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to DMFR Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your Member number
